Refund Details

Cancellations Within 48 Hours:

• Cancellation requests received within 48 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

Cancellations Between 48 and 72 Hours:

• Cancellation requests made between 48 and 72 hours after placing the order will be subject to a cancellation fee. Customers will receive a refund amounting to 80% of the purchase price, with the remaining 20% covering processing costs.

Cancellations After 72 Hours:

• Unfortunately, we are unable to process refunds for orders canceled after 72 hours from the time of purchase. Orders canceled beyond this period are not eligible for refunds.

• Cancellations Apply to Unshipped Orders Only: Refunds for cancellations are only applicable if the order has not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order falls under the Returns and Refund Policy.
